Regions and towns

Operations, then Regions, lists the four edge towns: North, South, East, and West. A road painted to a map edge, then confirmed, connects that side. Other build tools stay locked until you confirm a town connection. You do not need to cover the whole side. Trucks enter from whichever town edges you confirmed.

Connected towns send inbound mail from their housing and businesses, add lobby traffic, and can pay a town service stipend at day end. A higher service score brings more lobby customers from that town. A low score still sends a trickle. Rename towns on that page.

Sort reveals a delivery unit and a C route, then sends route trays or flat bins to the matching carrier case. Carriers case that mail into sections 1 to 10, with a different uneven section mix each day, before they load trucks or walk. Route Knowledge improves delivery speed and accuracy. Moving a carrier to a different C route resets it.

The tutorial asks you to paint a Unit for a connected district after the Distribution Floor. See Tutorial.
